Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that Russia intends to minimize the danger to its military and civilian ships in the Black Sea. Russia will consider the countries that own these vessels to be involved in a military conflict with Ukraine. In addition, a number of sea areas in the northwestern and southeastern parts of international waters have been declared temporarily dangerous for navigation.
