Russian pranksters Vovan (Vladimir Kuznetsov) and Lexus (Aleksey Stolyarov) called British actor Ian McKellen, who is known for his role as Gandalf in the film trilogy The Lord of the Rings. The call was made on behalf of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. During the conversation, McKellen promised to come to Kyiv for the gay parade named after Stepan Bandera. A recording of the conversation was published on the pranksters’ Telegram channel.
The pranksters “on behalf of Zelensky” told the British actor that such a parade was planned to be held in Kyiv.
“Oh, can I please come to see him?” asked the performer of the role of Gandalf.
To which the pranksters replied that it was McKellen who would lead this parade along with Zelensky.
Also, “Zelensky” asked the actor to help him “in the formation of gay units of mercenaries from England in Ukraine.”
