The Polish authorities decided to close the border crossing on the border with Belarus in Bobrovniki. According to the country’s Interior Minister Mariusz Kaminski, this measure was dictated by “security measures.”
He said that traffic at the Polish-Belarusian border crossing in Bobrovniki would be stopped from 12:00 on February 10 until further notice.
In November 2021, shortly after the start of the migration crisis, Warsaw closed traffic at the Kuznica automobile checkpoint. It has not been renewed to this day.
Now there are only two checkpoints on the Belarusian-Polish border: “Brest” for cars and “Kozlovichi” for trucks.
