The plane of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia with humanitarian aid flew to Iran affected by the earthquake

A special flight of the Russian Emergencies Ministry will deliver 35 tons of humanitarian aid to Iran, which suffered as a result of the earthquake on January 28, the ministry’s press service reported on Wednesday.
As specified, the Il-76 aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation departed from Zhukovsky Airport to deliver humanitarian aid to the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to the order of the Russian government, a humanitarian cargo with a total weight of 35 tons will be delivered. The cargo consists of everything necessary for the initial life support of citizens who suffered as a result of the devastating earthquake that occurred on January 28 in the northwestern part of the country.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the cargo includes sugar, flour, vegetable oil, tents, warm blankets, stoves and a mobile power plant.
