Information about the positive conclusion of the commission on the construction project on Renzaeva Street in Pionerskoye has appeared in the unified register of state expertise.
Recently, the administration explained that the new stadium will be located next to the Sports Complex. With its construction, the city will have the opportunity to hold various starts at the regional and federal levels. The stadium will house a football field and running tracks. The base will be equipped with all necessary infrastructure.
The authorities expect to receive financing for the project from the regional budget. The mayor’s office reported that a preliminary agreement with the Ministry of Sports has already taken place.
Preparatory work in the form of obtaining electrical conditions for connecting to power grids and transferring communications has already been carried out. However, the exact timing of implementation is still unknown.
Recall that last year the Pionersky project became the best at the All-Russian competition of projects to create a comfortable urban environment. So, he will receive a grant for the organization of the park-coastal zone “Circle of Health”. The total amount of its implementation is estimated at 115.9 million rubles. At the same time, 50 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget.
It should be noted that the new trajectory for recreation will be located in the area of the roundabout on Portovaya Street. The implementation of the project will create a comfortable environment for all residents of the city.
