The rector of the Penza State University (PSU) Alexander Gulyakov denied the information that PSU graduates, together with diplomas, will receive subpoenas to the military commissariat. Information appeared on the website of the university.
IN messagepublished by PSU, it is said that the information that students who have been trained under the programs of officers and reserve soldiers at the military training center of the university must go to the military registration and enlistment office for military registration does not correspond to reality.
“Such messages destabilize our students, but they have nothing to worry about. There were no such plans and never will be,” said Mr. Gulyakov.
Today, March 16, Andrey Surkov, military commissar of the Penza region declaredthat PSU students will be handed agendas along with diplomas. Earlier, in the Penza regional military commissariat, they said that they had begun sending out subpoenas to reserve servicemen so that they would come to the six-day training camp. Those who have passed the military department are considered reserve servicemen.
