The Oryol Wushu team won 24 medals at the international tournament

At the IX International Tournament “Moscow Wushu Stars 2024,” Oryol athletes demonstrated impressive results, winning as many as 24 medals. Participating as part of the Russian national team, the Oryol team entered into a fight with 11 other countries, represented by more than 1,000 participants, the press service of the regional government reports.
The competition took place in the Moscow Wushu Palace and covered various areas of this amazing sport, including taolu, kung fu and sanda. In addition to Oryol athletes, outstanding Chinese Wushu masters also performed at the tournament. They held fascinating master classes.
The results of the performances were impressive: the Oryol team won 10 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze medals. These achievements confirm the high level of training and talent of athletes from Oryol.
As a result of the team competition, the Russian team took 1st place, noting excellent results and showing that Russian wushu is at the highest level in world sports.
