On Tuesday, February 27, the opening ceremony of the physical culture and sports complex (FSK) took place in the village of Lyubytino, the government of the Novgorod region reported.
About 4.5 thousand people will be able to exercise at the sports complex. It is planned to launch sections for mini-football, basketball, volleyball, boxing, table tennis, badminton, shooting and strength training. The institution is ready to accept athletes of different ages.
FSK was built as part of the state program for the integrated development of rural areas; its cost was 168 million rubles. The sports facility became a continuation of this program in Lyubytin: in 2023, thanks to it, a kindergarten and library were renovated in the village. The renovation of the Ogonyok kindergarten is planned for the current year.
