Red died on December 28. He would have turned 12 in January.
“You are no more. My beloved Red, my sunny dog. The coolest corgi in Russia. You are the only corgi policeman, the only corgi who won the Russian mini-OKD championship,” Olga wrote.
She added that Red taught her to understand small dogs. He will remain the immortal director of the entire pack.
“Run along the rainbow, my Red,” added the dog handler.
The redhead became a social media star several years ago. He and his hostess were invited to appear on television. Red worked for the Nizhny Novgorod transport police, and in the summer of 2020 he retired; Olga continued to take care of him.
