The once richest member of the Federation Council demanded alimony from his ex-wife

Former senator from Chukotka asks a court in Moscow to take his daughter from his ex-wife in order to take the child to France

Former member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Efim Malkin filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, art consultant Anastasia Gulynskaya. The billionaire demands to give him their common 7-year-old daughter, to allow him to live with her and leave for France, and to oblige his ex-wife to pay alimony.

As MK already wrote, the once richest senator (recognized as such after the official declarations of members of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation were published) Efim Malkin and Anastasia Gulynskaya got married in 2014. A year later, their daughter was born. In 2016, the family idyll ended. The conflict ended in divorce. But, despite the presence of a marriage contract with impressive guarantees for Anastasia, the woman left her ex-husband, avoiding the process of dividing property. But her husband behaved differently. Efim Malkin appealed to various authorities, complaining about his mother. As a result, several employees of the KDN and the FSSP, who, having no authority to bring Anastasia to justice, were even punished for official violations. And in court, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, determining that the girl would live with her mother.

Most recently, the billionaire took his daughter for the weekend and kept the child with impunity for a week of extra time. And the other day, Efim Malkin filed a lawsuit with the Presnensky District Court of Moscow. As it turned out, shortly before going to court, he registered in one of his apartments in the area. As it became known to MK, the billionaire asks the court to determine the place of residence of his daughter with his father, to oblige the mother to pay child support and to allow the child to leave with him to France without the consent of the mother. The author of the document refers to the formal performance of parental duties by the mother and the lack of great care and attention to the child.

As noted by the representative of Anastasia Gulynskaya, lawyer Viktoria Krylova, the plaintiff’s demand to allow the child to leave, which he asks the court to immediately execute, means in fact depriving the mother of the opportunity to communicate with the girl, since earlier, following Malkin’s complaint, the bailiffs blocked her from leaving the country.

The first meeting to consider the claim is scheduled for May 18.
