The press service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kaluga region reported that the number of victims in an accident in the center of Kaluga has increased to 11.
The department reported that 9 victims were taken to medical facilities, including three children.
Earlier it was reported that a driver who ran into people at a bus stop in the center of Kaluga became a defendant in a criminal case. He was charged under paragraph “a” of the second part of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for punishment for violating the operation of vehicles and traffic rules while intoxicated, which led to the infliction of grievous bodily harm through negligence.
