He wrote a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor
An unpleasant surprise awaited the 45-year-old Muscovite when he decided to drink tea with his favorite chocolates. Having unwrapped the wrapper, the sweet tooth, to his horror, found worms in the delicacy.
As it became known to MK, on August 21, a man bought 500 grams of Mask candy by weight in a store on Velasquez Boulevard, in the Voronovskoye settlement (New Moscow). Sweets cost 450 rubles. Two days later, a Muscovite decided to enjoy his favorite sweets over a cup of tea. Sweetheart ate one candy and unwrapped the candy wrapper for the next, when he suddenly saw a white worm on the surface of the treat. And having broken the candy, he saw the holes made, apparently, by the same living creature.
The stunned man threw all the sweets into the trash. However, before that, he filmed video evidence, including the label. By the way, the expiration date of the sweets was listed until April 2024. The buyer plans to complain to Rospotrebnadzor.
“I restored my protein after a run,” a Muscovite, who regularly takes part in Moscow marathons, joked sadly.
According to experts, the worms bred in peanuts, which are part of the sweets. This happened due to improper technology for the preparation or storage of sweets.
By the way, the locals have been complaining about this store for a long time. According to them, sometimes small white pebbles come across in packs of rice, and expired meat products are found on the shelves.
