The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported a million firearms in the hands of the population
In Ukraine, the population has more than a million registered firearms in their hands, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Leonid Timchenko said in an interview with Ukrainian News.
According to him, currently 371 thousand weapons belonging to 256 thousand individuals are included in the Unified Register of Weapons.
“However, the number of weapons that are registered with the National Police exceeds 1 million. All these weapons are not yet displayed in the Unified Register, because information about them needs to be updated,” Timchenko noted.
Earlier it was reported that Western countries are dissatisfied with the lack of control over weapons supplied to the Kyiv regime. The Kremlin noted that weapons could be supplied from Ukraine to terrorists around the world.
