The next stage of construction of a kindergarten has been completed in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki

The kindergarten is being built as part of the city program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities. Details of the construction were announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky.

“The investor, GC FSK, has completed monolithic work on the construction of a kindergarten in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki area. Now construction has entered a new stage – masonry work is being completed. The area of ​​the preschool institution will exceed 6.5 thousand square meters. m. It is designed for 350 pupils,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, adding that the garden will have its own swimming pool with a water analysis laboratory.

Construction of a new kindergarten began in mid-2023 on the territory of the Sydney City residential complex. Immediately after commissioning, which will occur no earlier than 2025, the builders will transfer the building to the city as municipal property. It is noted that the preschool educational institution will become part of educational institution No. 1253. Together with the kindergarten, as part of the program to stimulate the creation of places of employment, a school for 775 places will appear, where monolithic work on the upper floors is currently underway. “The kindergarten and school are being built taking into account current and modern requirements for educational institutions. The buildings themselves are harmoniously integrated into the surrounding buildings, they are within walking distance from residential buildings and public transport,” summarized Olga Skomorokhova, managing partner of the group of companies for the Moscow segment.
