The Moscow enterprise, which specializes in the production of polymer-sand lawn gratings, increased its production volume last year by 163.7% compared to the results of 2022.
The polymer-sand lawn grid allows water to pass into the soil, unlike parking lots with conventional paving. This preserves natural drainage. The products are used in the arrangement of parking areas, pedestrian paths and fire routes. “Today, the capital’s industrialists strive to maintain a balance between the improvement of the city and the preservation of the environment. Factories and factories are implementing ESG principles in their work and increasing production volumes,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. He cited the example of the company Ecoparkovka.ru. In 2023, it produced more than 100 thousand pieces of lawn grating, which is more than 2.5 times more than in 2022.
The company’s product line also includes other polymer-sand products: tiles, curbs, artificial roughness, and rainwater inlets. They are made from waste polyethylene, plastic and river sand. According to the general director of the company, Roman Karpov, in 2024 it is planned to expand the production lines, as well as increase the production volume to 150 thousand units per year. In addition, the company will launch a casing for lamp posts and a lightweight version of the grille.
