The Moscow City Court overturned the sentence of Andrei Molokoedov, who was sentenced to 14 years and 6 months. The former adviser to the director of the Scientific Center for Immunology at Moscow State University was previously found guilty in the leadership of PMC “ENOT”, which, in turn, was recognized as an organized criminal community.

The case was sent for review because the Moscow City Court came to the conclusion that some of the evidence in the case was falsified, while others were not studied. During the review of the case, the person involved will remain in custody, reports kommersant.ru.

Robert Zinoviev, who represented the interests of Molokoedov in court, said that when passing the verdict, the details of the seized phones were not studied, and the accusing side referred to the testimony of witnesses who, according to the protocols, were not interrogated.
