The Moscow City Court recognized the legality of the imposition of interim measures in the framework of a criminal case for non-payment of taxes in the amount of 918 million rubles by Elena Blinovskaya and her husband. According to information received from the press service of the Moscow City Court, the amount of seizure of the blogger’s accounts and real estate corresponds to the declared amount specified in the civil claim of the supervisory agency.
The press service of the TASS agency confirmed that we are talking about funds in the accounts and property of Elena Blinovskaya.
However, the appellate court did not disclose the amounts of the seized accounts and the addresses of the real estate on which interim measures were imposed by the investigation and the court of first instance. This is explained by the fact that such information is the personal data of the blogger.
