The commentary to the video says that a bright flash is exactly the moment when air defense systems are working on a target in the sky. Later, RT, citing its sources, reported that fragments of the drone fell on the Gorkovskoye Highway; according to preliminary data, none of the drivers were injured. Traffic along the highway was blocked and a traffic jam formed.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced a thwarted attempt to attack a Ukrainian drone on targets in Moscow. According to him, the UAV was eliminated in the sky over the Bogorodsky urban district of the Moscow region.
Information about the successful elimination of the Ukrainian UAV by air defense systems was confirmed by the Ministry of Defense. According to the department, an aircraft-type drone was shot down near Moscow on November 19 at 01.00 Moscow time.
