The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) will study the conditions of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for the participation of Russian athletes in the Olympics.
After this, Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin said, a decision will be made on their participation in these international competitions “in the interests of the athletes and our country.”
