The Ministry of Labor proposed to provide department bodies with access to data of Russians containing information about employers with signs of violations indicating informal employment. They write about it “News” with reference to the draft order of the department. According to the document, it is proposed to transfer this data to interdepartmental commissions to combat illegal employment and to Rostrud authorities.

In particular, we are talking about information from companies concluding civil agreements (CLA) with individuals working on a permanent basis. It is also proposed to transfer information from companies with more than ten self-employed people with a salary of 50 thousand rubles or more, as well as companies with employers with a salary that differs from the average in the region by 35%.

Izvestia notes that the information proposed for transfer to the Ministry of Labor constitutes a tax secret. According to the draft order, the Ministry of Labor proposes to transfer the TIN, SNILS, registration code, registration address and the amount of additional taxes to the territorial authorities. The department noted that the list of such data will be agreed upon with the Federal Tax Service. If the draft order is agreed upon, it will come into force on March 1, 2024.
