The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation advocates that when assigning a single allowance, the earnings of minors, lump-sum payments for the title of “Mother Heroine”, as well as interest on nominal deposits opened for children under guardianship, are not taken into account.
As emphasized in the department, these initiatives are aimed at harmonizing the approaches used in a comprehensive means assessment.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, Anton Kotyakov, during the collegium of the department, said that the amount of childcare benefits would increase to 49 thousand rubles in 2024. Currently, this payment is 33 thousand rubles. At the same time, in 2025, the amount of the child care allowance will be already 66 thousand rubles.
At the same time, the families of military personnel called up as part of partial mobilization can freely apply for a unified allowance for children, and the income of mobilized do not affect the possibility of receiving a single allowance.
