The Russian Ministry of Justice included in the register of foreign agents “TV Channel Dozhd” (recognized as an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation), the project to help Russian emigrants “Ark” and its founder Anastasia Burakova, as well as political scientist Igor Eidman, it is reported on website departments. The Ministry of Justice clarified that TV Channel Dozhd is “another association of persons” operating under the name of a legal entity that was previously included in the register of foreign agents. At the same time, the limited liability company Dozhd, which was initially added to the list, was excluded from the register, the ministry reported.

Grounds for inclusion in the register of foreign agents according to the Ministry of Justice:

Anastasia Burakova participated in the creation and distributed messages and materials of foreign agents to an unlimited circle of people, was a respondent on information platforms provided by foreign structures, opposed Russia’s military operation on the territory of Ukraine, disseminated “unreliable information” about the decisions of the Russian authorities;

Igor Eidman openly expressed support for the armed forces of Ukraine, disseminated “inaccurate information” about the decisions of the Russian authorities.
