Former State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov (recognized as a foreign agent) has been put on the federal wanted list, as follows from the Ministry of Internal Affairs database. It is indicated that he is wanted under a criminal article.

About a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public dissemination of false information about the armed forces of the Russian Federation) in relation to Dmitry Gudkov became known at the end of October. The reason for initiating the case was quotes from a video by Dmitry Gudkov, published on his YouTube channel in April 2022. The investigation claims that the video contains “false information about the massacres of civilians in Bucha, Irpen and Borodyanka.”
