“Based on the incident, the materials of the police investigation, as well as the teenagers themselves and their parents, were transferred to the investigative authorities for procedural actions,” says the press service of the St. Petersburg police.
It is known that the participants in the incident in the Krasnoselsky district were two brothers, 10 and 14 years old, as well as another teenager, who hit the Eternal Flame with a snowball.
