The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has compiled a list of drugs and pharmacotherapeutic groups of prescription drugs that can be sold in online pharmacies.
The list includes more than 1 thousand medicines. Among them are Agomelatine, Ambroxol, Amoxicillin, Betaxolol, Busulfan, Verapamil, Vinpocetine, Gliclazide, Glycine, Dasatinib, Desloratadine, Diclofenac, Ibuprofen, Isoflurane, Ketoprofen, Cortisone, Lidocaine, Lomustine, Meldonium, Metformin, Naproxen, Olaparib, Ornithine, Perindopril , Prednisolone, Rasagiline, Salbutamol, Sotalol, Sulfadiazine, Theophylline, Toremifene, Trimetazidine, Fexofenadine, Flutamide, Chlorthalidone, Cyanamide, Cinnarizine, Esomeprazole, Etravirine and others.
A complete list of medicines, the sale of which is planned to be allowed through online pharmacies, is published in project Decrees of the Ministry of Health on the Federal Portal of Draft Regulatory Legal Acts.
Experiment on the online sale of prescription drugs will be held in Moscow, as well as in the Moscow and Belgorod regions. It starts on March 1, 2023 and will last until March 1, 2026. Recall that the corresponding law was signed by the President of the Russian Federation on October 20, 2022.
If the experiment is considered successful, the remote sale of prescription drugs may be allowed in other regions of the country.
