So the Ministry of Emergency Situations commented on the video about the collection of the “alarm suitcase” in the event of a chemical or nuclear attack. The video was broadcast, in particular, on a screen near Gorky Park.
According to the video, such a suitcase should include a first aid kit, a flashlight with batteries, matches, dry alcohol, a gas lighter, a cell phone and a radio, a utility knife, thread with needles, a supply of food and water for at least three days, disposable tableware, personal hygiene products, set of underwear and socks.
“These are planned information videos as part of the functioning of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. They have been spinning on billboards since 2016 in order to improve safety, ”the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations told Interfax.
