The Ministry of Defense organized the delivery of letters to the participants of the special operation

The Ministry of Defense announced the launch of the delivery of letters and parcels to participants in the military special operation in Ukraine through the Russian Post, informed Telegram channel of the defense department.
“Relatives of servicemen can send their letters, as well as parcels, through the nearest branch of the Russian Post to the address: “103400, Moscow-400, military unit number,” the Defense Ministry explained.
The addresses of military units can be obtained from the military personnel themselves or at the military registration and enlistment offices at the place of conscription, they added.
Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation, Russian troops took control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia, and on October 19 martial law was introduced in the regions.
On September 21, partial mobilization began in Russia by decree of the country’s president. On October 28, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported on the completion of partial mobilization. On October 31, the Ministry of Defense announced the final completion of all activities carried out as part of the call for partial mobilization, including the issuance of subpoenas. Later, Putin also confirmed this, emphasizing that this issue was “put to an end.”
