The Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of a warehouse with shells for HIMARS near the Dnieper

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed an ammunition depot in the Dnipro region, where more than 100 HIMARS multiple rocket launchers were stored. About it on Saturday reported press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

“In the area of ​​the city of Dnepropetrovsk, an ammunition depot was destroyed, which stored more than 100 rockets of the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system and more than seven thousand foreign-made large-caliber artillery shells,” the defense department said.

Rocket troops, aviation and artillery hit six enemy command posts in the Kherson region, Donetsk People’s Republic and Kharkiv region, and four depots of missile and artillery weapons of the Zaporozhye group of troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Zaporozhye” were destroyed in the Zaporozhye region, the Ministry of Defense added.

In addition, air defense systems shot down two HIMARS rockets in the Kherson region, and an Excalibur guided artillery shell was intercepted in the Sumy region.

Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24.
