Peskov: Russia will not sell resources to countries that will introduce a price ceiling

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said on Sunday in the program “Moscow. Kremlin. Putin” on the Russia 1 TV channel that Moscow’s position on oil and gas supplies with the introduction of a price ceiling was announced by the president of the country. It remains so, but there are nuances that need to be worked out, the Kremlin spokesman said.
“Look, while we proceed from President Putin’s statement that we will not trade oil and oil products with such countries,” Peskov said.
“And we won’t use gas,” he added. “So this is the position for now.”
However, according to him, in the Russian Federation they are looking at the figures that are being voiced.
Europe is still only discussing what the price ceiling will be, but no decision has been made on this matter.
