The Ministry of Defense announced the absence of restrictions on the movement of citizens due to mobilization

Under the conditions of partial mobilization, there are no restrictions on the movement of citizens. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in its Telegram channel.

What kind of movements are in question (within the boundaries of a settlement, region, country or outside it), the Ministry of Defense does not specify.

Previously, the authorities of a number of Russian regions started specify for residents the format of partial mobilization and the restrictions imposed in connection with it. For example, the Voronezh and Lipetsk regions, following the Kursk region, banned those in the military reserve, but who had not yet received summons, to leave the municipalities in which they live.

And the Sverdlovsk military commissar, on the contrary, stripped off the previously introduced ban on the departure of reservists outside the cities, leaving only restrictions on travel outside the country.

Some military commissars spoke about the “formalization” of mobilization orders and explained that there were no strict restrictions on travel within the same region when there was a need for work.

Meanwhile, today, September 26, it became known that the Tyumen airport is the first in Russia imposed restrictions for a flight abroad for men.
