The department clarified that today in the country’s construction industry there is a shortage of personnel in the amount of about 3-5 million workers.
“More than 1,800,000 people are registered with the employment authorities of the Russian Federation. The Public Council is developing a system for attracting such people to construction specialties,” the report says.
It is specified that upon completion of this work, this system will be presented to the Ministry of Construction.
