In Krasnodar, as part of the mini-football competition, the Youth Parliament Cup will be played. The competition will take place on March 30 on the territory of the Kuban State Technological University.
How reported the press service of the administration and the City Duma of Krasnodar, the meetings of football teams will take place in the “Olympic” bracket: quarterfinals, semifinals, finals. Young athletes from 9 to 14 years old in the following age groups are invited to measure their strength: 2010–2011, 2012–2013 and 2014–2015 years of birth. To participate in the tournament, you must submit an application before March 28. When drawing up an application, it is important to indicate a list of team members, its name, contact information and the name of the referring party (if any). The Chairman of the Youth Parliament of Krasnodar, Stanislav Medvedev, commented on the importance of sports competitions as such. He stated that it was necessary to make them friendly and instill an interest in a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, the chairman noted that football is a favorite sport among Krasnodar residents, which brings everyone together. “We already held a similar tournament last year. I hope that such competitions will become a good tradition. We are waiting for everyone at our sports festival!” he concluded.
