Kalmyk karatekas passed certification for belts

In the Lagansky district of Kalmykia, karatekas passed the kyu and dan tests.
These are exams for passing to the next belt level. The certification was carried out under the leadership of the branch chief of the international karate organization Sergei Kuznetsov.
The athletes demonstrated knowledge of basic techniques and performed strength and endurance exercises. The program also included kata and kumite – fights with imaginary and real opponents. All the guys performed well, many improved their skill level.
