The military commissar forbade the reservists of the Sverdlovsk region to leave their cities

The military commissariat of the Sverdlovsk region forbade reservists to travel outside their district or city. The corresponding order was published today, September 22, signed by the acting military commissar Sergei Chirkov.
“Officers, warrant officers, warrant officers, sergeants, foremen, soldiers, reserve sailors who do not have mobilization orders in their hands and have not received summons are temporarily prohibited from leaving the district (city),” the document says.
The order also notes that citizens who are in reserve and temporarily reside in the Sverdlovsk region must immediately leave for their place of permanent residence. There they must arrive at the points indicated in the mobilization orders, and if not possible, at the military commissariat at the place of state on the military register.
The document also states that the heads of organizations-owners of vehicles need to deliver cars, road-building, lifting and transport and other machines and mechanisms on time and points in accordance with the orders of the military commissariats of municipalities.
Earlier, the Kommersant-Ural regional military commissariat was unable to provide information on how many reservists could be called up in the Sverdlovsk region, citing the lack of such data from the governor. The military registration and enlistment office as well as the department of information policy of the region do not comment on the topic of mobilization.
