The head of the Dmitrov city district, Ilya Ponochevny, reported that a leak had formed on the heating network from the boiler room in the Kosmonavtov microdistrict. To carry out repair work, the heating and hot water supply was suspended. According to the administration of the Dmitrov city district, the boiler house provides heat and hot water to 29 apartment buildings, two kindergartens and a school.

“An emergency team is working, management companies are involved in the search for leaks. After its discovery, a section of the route will be cut off and the boiler room will be launched,” Mr. Ponochevny wrote in Telegram channel.

Earlier today, the deputy head of Podolsk and the head of the boiler room were detained due to a heating shutdown in the city of Klimovsk. On January 4, in Podolsk near Moscow, residents of 173 apartment buildings were left without heat. The situation took Russian President Vladimir Putin took personal control.

Today in Nakhodka, Primorsky Territory, due to an accident in utility networks without heat supply remained more than 6 thousand residents of 88 apartment buildings. In Novosibirsk, due to the consequences of bad weather, about 7 thousand people were left without electricity. From January 8 due to a power failure were de-energized several districts of the Kherson region.
