If you want to do it well, do it yourself. The gaming accessories brand Logitech G, together with the manufacturer of equipment for racing and flight simulators Playseat, has developed and launched a car seat.

A model with a long, I would even say narrative, name Playseat Challenge X – Logitech G Edition was created for a racing wheel and pedals from the corresponding series of gaming devices.

Manufacturers of the new product promise exceptional comfort, versatility, durability and performance. No one explains how the latter is provided by the chair.

But the team’s collaborative efforts focused on achieving greater comfort, functionality, and overall racing comfort than traditional gaming chairs used for desktop racing games.

The Playseat Challenge X – Logitech G Edition features a lightweight, foldable carbon steel frame and a fully customizable seat with advanced X-Adapt adjustment.

Also, a special breathable material Playseat ActiFit was developed for the chair. According to the developers, it follows the shape of the body well, provides sufficient rigidity, support and thermoregulation, providing riders with comfort and coolness.

It also delivers great force feedback with Trueforce. And another feature of the new product is the integrated plate for fastening the pedal assembly with a variable angle of inclination.

Weighing only 11.6 kg, the seat is ready to accommodate gamers with a height of 120 to 220 cm and a weight of 20 kg to 163 kg. And this does not take into account the gaming equipment itself.

At the same time, Playseat Challenge X – Logitech G Edition folds easily for storage and requires little space. The steering wheel and pedal assembly do not need to be removed. The strength of the design is indirectly confirmed by a two-year warranty.

The new product is available in a single metallic gray color and is sold depending on the market for $299 or €299.
