President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky following the appointment of the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky produced other replacements in army command. Lieutenant General Alexander Pavlyuk was appointed Commander of the Ground Forces. Lieutenant General Sergei Naev was dismissed from the post of commander of the joint forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Lieutenant General Yuri Sodol, who commanded the Marine Corps, was appointed in his place.
