In the Russian Premier League (RPL) announced on the transfer of the place of the match on March 11 between Torpedo Moscow and Ural Yekaterinburg. The decision was made on March 7 after the metropolitan club complained about the “unsatisfactory quality of the lawn at Luzhniki”.
“Torpedo” asked RPL to transfer the match from the large sports arena (BSA) Luzhniki to the reserve stadium – Khimki Arena – due to the lack of readiness of the lawn at the BSA Luzhniki, the Moscow club announced on March 7 in the Telegram channel. At the same time RPL and FC “Ural” informed about the transfer of the place of the match.
Torpedo plays in Luzhniki due to the ongoing construction of the stadium to replace the old one.
