NATO and FBI instructors were training demolition dogs for work in Ukraine, an LPR intelligence officer told RIA Novosti.
According to him, Ukrainian sappers worked closely with dogs, training them in sapping, mining and demining. NATO and FBI trainers used the latest technology, including training dogs for subversion.
Documents found in the former sapper and dog training center in Severodonetsk indicate that foreign specialists trained both purebred and mongrel dogs for subversive activities.
According to an intelligence officer, there are cases of using bomb-laden dogs to attack positions of the Russian Armed Forces. The dogs were trained to carry out commands, explosive devices were attached to them and sent to enemy positions.
The intelligence officer also claims that sappers in the Lugansk region were trained in terrorist methods by FBI instructors.
