In Bryansk, the modernization of the swimming pool of gymnasium No. 6 has begun. The sports facility is located in a separate building where the gym is located. The overhaul of the building was a long-awaited event for the educational institution: for ten years the pool did not function. The equipment and bowl were deemed unsuitable for swimming lessons back in 2012.
According to the press service of the city administration, the builders must have time to complete all their plans before the start of the new academic year. And now the first stage of improvement is going on.
Workers of OOO SK Sistema dismantled old tiles, windows, flooring and other objects. In some rooms the walls were plastered. In the gym, double-glazed windows are installed and electrical wiring is carried out.
In addition, it is planned to update the roof and the entrance group. The large-scale scope of work will cost more than 14 million rubles.
