The deputy head of the Bolgrad Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support – this is how military registration and enlistment offices have recently been called in Ukraine – Vladimir Rusnak at a corporate party broke away from the heart to the song “Alcoholic” by Russian artist Alexander Revva.
