In Pulkovo, the lead singer of the group “Puppies” Maxim Moiseev, who was planning to leave the country, was detained. The day before, the musician held a concert in a St. Petersburg club, performing only in a sock covering his genitals.

The artist was arrested in the evening at the airport, charged with an administrative offense for petty hooliganism for his behavior at the concert. Imitating the rapper Vacio, Moiseev at one point completely undressed when the sock covering his private parts slipped off. This moment was captured on video.

According to Mash, Moiseev was planning to fly to Yekaterinburg from Pulkovo, and then planned to travel to Kazakhstan. However, instead of the plane, he is currently in a temporary detention center.

Ekaterina Mizulina has already commented on the musician’s prank, calling him an imitator of rapper Vacio. 25-year-old Nikolai Vasiliev himself has already expressed his regrets about his “image.” After the party, the rapper was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest, and then another 10 days for petty hooliganism. In addition, according to media reports, he will have to report to the military registration and enlistment office and join the army.

Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vitaly Milonov has already expressed his opinion about the video. He believes that the lead singer of “Puppies” should repeat the fate of rapper Vacio and promised to help Maxim start a career as a cleaner in a temporary detention center. “This unknown performer probably decided to follow the example of another Moscow artist, simply because no one knows him. He wanted people to talk about him. And, apparently, he decided that he was ready to sit for 15-20 days to get into the charts and to become a famous scandalous fighter. So he is fighting as best he can against the current system in the country,” Milonov said on 5-tv.ru.

Online, the behavior of Moiseev and Vasiliev was called “total dementia.” And it’s hard to disagree with this. People cannot understand how, having before their eyes an example of what such a desire for “fame” can lead to, musicians step on the same rake again and again.
