The representative of the Krasnodar Territory won 7 awards at the All-Russian equestrian competitions. The national championship in the show jumping discipline was held in the Moscow region this summer. Hovhannes Amalyan, coach of the equestrian sports school of the Olympic reserve, participated in the fight for the medals.
So, according to the results of the tournament, the athlete managed to win 7 awards at once on various routes. Kuban became the best on the routes “110 cm on horses 5 years”, “120 cm on horses 6 years” and “140 cm on horses 7 years”. In addition, the athlete won 2 “silver” and 2 “bronze” in other competition routes.
The Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Kuban, Serafim Timchenko, said that Hovhannes Amalyan is one of the most experienced athletes of the Krasnodar Territory in this discipline. According to the minister, another triumphant performance at the Russian Championship was expected. Excellent physical training, skill, discipline and solid work between the rider and the horse helped to win.
