Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov did not comment on reports about the placement of air defense systems on the building of the Ministry of Defense in Moscow. Journalists asked him if there were fears in the Kremlin that an air strike could be launched on Moscow.
“Here I want to completely redirect you to our Ministry of Defense, they are responsible for ensuring the security of the country in general and the capital in particular, so it’s better to ask the Ministry of Defense about all the measures that are being taken,” said Dmitry Peskov during press call.
Earlier, photos of air defense systems appeared on Telegram channels, allegedly located in different parts of Moscow and the Moscow region.
