The Krasnodar Territory classical chess championship took place in Anapa. The tournament was held among sportsmen and sportswomen aged from 11 to 19 years.
As the press service of the Krasnodar administration reported, the winner of the competition was the team from the Kuban capital. Young chess players from the regional center managed to win 15 medals – 5 gold, silver and bronze. The Krasnodar competitors were athletes from 20 Kuban municipalities. In total, more than 240 boys and girls took part in the championship.
