The Knowledge Society launches a series of youth educational forums in April

The Russian society “Knowledge” launches several youth educational forums Znanie.Science in different regions of Russia. As part of the events, experienced researchers will meet with schoolchildren, students and young scientists, tell them about achievements and advanced technologies, explain how exciting and diverse research activities in our country are, what advantages it can give at the start of a career. Curators will also help forum participants take their first steps in science.

The principle of the action “Scientists to Schools” is contained in its name. It will be held at seven thousand sites, over 4.5 thousand scientists will take part in it. By the way, the campaign is already underway in a pilot version. And her lectures have already been attended by 250,000 students. Meetings will be held until April 14, registration is possible until April 10 on the website of the Knowledge society. Any scientist can become a speaker, and any school can become a platform. Participation is free.

Also, within the framework of the youth educational forums Knowledge.Science, scientific battles will be held in all regions of the country. A total of 100 scientific competitions are planned. The winners will have the opportunity to speak as speakers at scientific forums, meet leading representatives of science-intensive projects and businesses, and attend a congress of young scientists in Sochi.

According to representatives of the Znanie society, the development and implementation of innovative technologies are now among the country’s priorities. Therefore, active work is underway to strengthen human resources, increasing the availability of information about successful Russian scientific and technical innovations in various industries. This is exactly what the Knowledge.Science educational forums, which will start in April, will be aimed at. Participants of the events are waiting for the competition of scientists, interactive lectures with VR-accompaniment, discussions, master classes.

The first forum Knowledge. Science will be held in Krasnodar, online registration has already begun. At the forum, young people will learn from experienced lecturers from the Knowledge Society why thermonuclear energy is better than nuclear energy, what professions will be in demand in the future, and what part of the brain is affected by hypnosis. It will be not only about scientific achievements and upcoming technological revolutions, but also about changes in the daily lifestyle of people in the near future, as well as about the opportunities for young scientists in Russia and the start of an academic career.

It is assumed that the same actions will be held in seven other cities of Russia.
