President of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) Alexei Morozov said that 16 league referees were fined for mistakes made at matches this season. The words of the head of the KHL are quoted by RIA Novosti.
Let us remind you that on December 8, a meeting of the heads of KHL clubs was held in St. Petersburg. Among other things, the participants of the meeting were given a report on judging.
“Referees are people too, so they make mistakes, they bear a lot of workload. Today there was a report on refereeing. At the moment, the statistics are such that Spartak sends the most requests for refereeing, followed by SKA.”,” Morozov noted.
He added that the KHL chief referee is working and monitoring mistakes. This season, 16 judges allowed them.
