The collection of the Khabarovsk Territory Sports Museum has been replenished with unique exhibits. As reported in press service of the regional government, on behalf of the head of the region, Mikhail Degtyarev, replicas of medals from the XXXII Olympic Games in Tokyo appeared in the exhibition collection. The awards were won by the women’s and men’s teams in the 3×3 basketball competition. Prestigious awards from other international tournaments also appeared among the exhibits.

The museum also contains a ball with the autographs of the regional governor Mikhail Degtyarev, Khabarovsk mayor Sergei Kravchuk and Andrei Kirilenko, who took the first throw-in on the new basketball court. It was built with the support of the Kirilenko for Children! charitable foundation. The museum also houses the saber of the winner of the Tokyo Olympics and the standard-bearer of the Russian team at the 2020 Games, Sophia the Great.

The museum opened five years ago. It is visited by young athletes, competition participants, guests and city residents. The exhibition includes 239 unique exhibits. You can see them on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00, visiting is free.
