Participants in the special operation were refused entry into three restaurants and a nightclub in Kazan due to non-compliance with the dress code – they came to the establishments in military field uniforms. After an active discussion of the incident on social networks, the administration of one of the establishments apologized to the fighters.
The nightclub, which became a party to the conflict, stated after the incident that the establishment treats everyone who fights for Russia with great respect.
“You protect the peace of us and our children. Please, let’s stop this conflict, we promise to sort out all the issues that hurt the honor of the military guys,” the club’s message on social networks says.
The club administration also stated that it wishes to “talk personally with the participants in the incident in order to apologize in a live dialogue.” In addition, the management of the establishment stated that they would fire everyone who was involved in this situation.
In turn, the Kazan mayor’s office stated that there is no legal reason for refusing to visit the club in military uniform. Officials promised that they would contact the owners of the establishments about this.
“Law enforcement agencies, we are confident, will give a legal assessment to the actions of their representatives,” the mayor’s office said in a statement.
