Masonry work is being completed in a business center in the northeast of the capital. The building was erected as part of the Botanica multifunctional complex (MFC). Masonry work is 95% complete, roofing work is 90%, facade work is 73%. The multifunctional complex is being built as part of the city program for creating places of employment. “Thanks to this facility, almost 4.5 thousand additional jobs will appear in the Rostokino area, of which more than a thousand will be created within the framework of the program. Commissioning is scheduled for mid-2024, investments in the project will amount to about 9.5 billion rubles,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, acting head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. In addition to the business center, a shopping center will also appear on the territory of the complex. According to Nikolai Makhotkin, project director of the Pioneer group of companies, installation of skylight structures is also underway at the shopping center; it is 43% complete. Corridors and staircases are being finished. The installation of elevators and escalators continues at the site: 27% have been installed in the shopping center, and 56% in the business center. The Botanica mixed-use complex includes a 19-story business center and a 4-story shopping center with underground parking, cafes and restaurants, shops and a fitness club. In addition, exits from the metro stations and the Botanical Garden MCC will be integrated into the building.
